Service Charge Policy

We do charge a Service Call Fee to come to your location (normal industry practice).  Customers may be required to pay the service charge upon the technicians arrival before any diagnostics, work, and/or repairs are initiated.   This service charge also applies towards any warranty related service calls (in some cases the manufacture / warranty company my reimburse the customer for the service call charge).

 

Did you know?:  Most service facilities at the major manufacturer's locations will not come to your location, and if they do, they will charge you a very high service fee whether they complete your repairs, or not.

 

Drew's RV TECHS understands the hassle of moving your RV for repairs and then having to sit around waiting for the repairs to be completed - let alone the cost of fuel getting to and from the service center - and don't forget - that special "service disposal charge" they tack on at the end of your bill when they finally finish.

 

Save your money - call us (we come, we fix, we leave) - simple as that.
